Ground Oyster Mushrooms

Our blend of dried, ground Oyster Mushroom varietes can be added directly to stock, soups, stews, or sprinkled as a seasoning, absorbing roughly five times their dried weight. In a re-sealed bag, they have excellent shelf storage-life, providing a covenient way to keep and add that umami flavour and extra interest to practically any dish, or to absorb excess water in any recipe gone wrong; save your soup!
