Ground Turkey Tail Mycelium and Fermented Substrate - "Tv(M)FS"
Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor) has been used in folk medicine under the name of Blue Reishi/Yunzhi (云芝) to boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, lower cholesterol and manage blood glucose levels. Turkey Tail has been approved in Japan as an adjuvant therapy in cancer treatment.

Boil and/or steep around 24g of ground Tv(M)FS per litre of water for an hour to make a tea; strain when pouring for consumption. Brewed tea and ground mushrooms can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Drink no more than 250ml of the tea per day, monitoring for any unwanted side effects or allergic reactions. Consult with your doctor before use if you have any pre-existing medical conditions or are taking any medication - Turkey Tail is known to interact with certain medications. May be diluted, added to coffee or tea, enjoyed alone or with sweetener.
