Craft-fermented condiment using a blend of naturally-grown Dryad's Saddle, Cordyceps militaris (vegan substrate), Tiered Tooth, Shiitake, Lobster and various Pleurotus ('Oyster') Mushrooms, Kombu and other organic ingredients, bringing a unique depth of umami flavour, active health-supporting compounds and micronutrients. Intended as a vegan substitute for meat and fish-based garums/sauces in any recipe, and a savoury seasoning lower in sodium than salt alone.
