Once a traditional and original condiment before being supplanted by the now common tomato variety, we craft ferment a blend of our finest gourmet mushrooms with herbs and spices, bringing a unique depth of umami flavour, active health-supporting compounds and micronutrients not found in your average ketchup bottle, all whilst avoiding the high sugar and salt levels typical of modern ketchups and barbecue sauces. Use as a vegan substitute for Worcestershire Sauce, add a splash to the side of your plate for dipping, or go ahead and brush it straight on to your next offering to the barbecue gods!
