Pacific Golden Chanterelle
The Pacific Golden Chanterelle is a wild, foraged fungus with a floral flavour and delicate, fruity aroma reminiscent of apricots. Foraged summer-seasonally in our local forests, this mushroom forms a mycorrhizal relationship with certain coniferous trees. It can be tossed, stir-fried, and sautéed in butter or oil.
