With our new year of operations, we're adding some delicious new mushrooms to our product line including Chestnut Mushrooms (Pholiota adiposa). Not to be confused with the sometimes similarly-named Cremini, which are really just normal button mushrooms, Chestnut Mushrooms have been enjoyed in Japan for centuries, and are gaining in popularity in the West thanks to their buttery, nutty, umami flavour, firm and silky-when-cooked caps and contrastingly crunchy stems.
